To be fair, this situation was handled well from the IT side. There was impact but by mid-morning, it was mostly cleaning up the small stuff. There are still some leaders on the IT side who can step up in a crisis. Like many, I'm pessimistic about the near future but yesterday was handled well.

I'll be curious what the lessons learned will look Iike. Did we meet SLAs, did each team have a proper plan for events like this, etc.?
