I'm still affected by it. I don't think this issue is resolved.
To be fair, this situation was handled well from the IT side. There was impact but by mid-morning, it was mostly cleaning up the small stuff. There are still some leaders on the IT side who can step up in a crisis. Like many, I'm pessimistic about the near future but yesterday was handled well.
have they tried rebooting?
The keyboard cookies will be cleared in no time.
I'll be curious what the lessons learned will look Iike. Did we meet SLAs, did each team have a proper plan for events like this, etc.?
I was hoping to be down all day with this but I didn't have any issues. Boo!
