That would get you a one-way ticket to the unemployment line. The executive leadership aren’t going to burn energy on what’s going on at the lower levels. They believe we have the right people in charge of departments & that they’ll do the right thing for coworkers. They’re wrong, those leaders are all about themselves
1 Wish to come out of this mess is for executive leadership to require those people leaders to explicitly communicate to their reports that it is not only okay to speak up where appropriate but actually encouraged!

i can't imagine how difficult it was for those teams effected but especially IT teams and IT teams globally. The crowdstrike debacle is congressional hearings level of bad imo.
