A couple of questions: why are all of the women leaders leaving? Why does Mark treat the remaining women leaders like they are less than? Why do we continue to hire SVPs, mostly men with the exception of the new Pharmacy SVP, when we are losing money?

I don’t know that he hates women (he could) as much as he has absolutely no regard for anyone but himself. He, like Paul Saleh before him, is here to collect multi-millions in salary and bonus while sh-----g all over everyone but the guys at Veritas signing his checks.

Has anyone googled the guy who is replacing Jeff Jacob’s? He had to repay Massachusetts for unethical behavior. Another Mark hire!
I think the answer is obvious. The leaders including Mark are not competent to run this company. They think more leaders will help the situation. Fire the workers and hire more leaders. Continued restructuring and continued offshoring. All while operating in the red and not meeting SLAs. This facade will be exposed eventually. You can’t operate illegally and unethically I definitely.
