is it abby or the grim reaper that's forcing these negative quality of life changes

Yea she probably is. She really does not
like change. She’s literally kept her own title “chairman” when she’s a woman. She loves to go into the office and see all her underlings there, mistaking physical presence for work output. She’s not the brightest. I lose two hours of my day commuting back and forth into the office. Two hours that would have otherwise gone to enriching her through productive work. You sure can bet your sweet a-s I’m not making that up through unpaid overtime.
Is that why there are a very small proportion of grade 1-4 jobs posted across the US? Mostly management level and up are posted. Upcoming outsourcing? Silent layoffs? Something is odd there.
Some non-client-facing jobs have been outsourced before and brought back I’ve heard because it didn’t work out. Some things are best kept here.
Would sure save them some money if they’d let people continue took from home and get rid of some of their buildings or rent parts out. Even donate for a tax write off like they’ve done and were considering with merrimack.
They overhired and pushed tier 3 managed products and got caught violating clients best interest. Crypto failed and so where do we go next? Abby will always take her 20% and cut as far as necessary, even to the bone, just like her father. The executive compensation packages are insane and GenAI is going to revolutionize the business. Robinhood and Vanguard have them scared because they can take it all to zero. I think they are out of ideas, Abby is too old and the family office is demanding a succession plan. It’s probably time to break it up; but it’s too big to sell. The grim reaper and the other men are just doing the job they were asked to do, I’m surprised all the non client facing jobs haven’t been outsourced at this point, Dalian would gladly take them and not complain about RTO. Trust… they will weed out all negativity one way or another, speak up and prepare to be let go or pushed out.
