Executives that have never served. Executives that continually give themselves raises in the millions of dollars. Leaders that abuse employees who are also members of the military or their dependents. Very high rates, yet claiming to have very low rates. You are not serving the members. You are poor stewards of the members money. You do not understand the core values of honesty, integrity, nor service. But you do understand loyalty. If you are not loyal to your leader or the executives and do whatever they ask you to do, your employment will simply be terminated. excluding the leaders, all employees should be seeking employment elsewhere. If not, it is just a matter of time before your employment is terminated except for those folks that only believe in loyalty.

You forgot all the EMG that DON'T have USAA insurance. That is so telling. You'd think the head of Claims would drop his Chubb policies by now. Product Management in P&C? They love Amica, Geico, and Progressive over USAA. They aren't managing the product enough to purchase. But they want us low levels to buy this expensive product. Maybe if you lead by buying, we'd get enough revenue to stave off layoffs. Hypocrites all over P&C.
