I see open positions stating it's not hybrid.
Does everyone work five days a week physically in office, or does it depend on the department?

The fighting over seating, speaking too loudly,coughingand sneezing, and all manner of other bodily functions will start many a squabble, if not, outright first fights.

Overheard conversation (someone on phone) discussing what sounded like the beginning of the end of hybrid firm-wide.
From the one-sided conversation, sounds like, 10/01/24 notification with effective date of Jan 1 2025.
Morale and productivity will fall commensurate with this.

In office 5days a week, no more hybrid for Commercial Bank and Investment Bank.
Hybrid for most of firm. If you're home base is call center you're likely hybrid - 2 days @ remote 3 days @ office. Depending on your departments schedule its either Mon Tues @ remote rest of week @ office or vice versa.
Hybrid. In office to swipe, show face, chit-chat with people. WFH to actually work.
In Retail Branches the people handling cash have to be physically present in branch. That’s a given.
