They've been in training for over 6 months on just DMI's and they still don't get it. Senior manager and one of the supervisors headed to CR yesterday to further train. What a huge mistake to outsource to Costa Rica .

The will be doing the work that the AI cannot complete but even their jobs will disappear once the AI is fully functional and can self correct. This transition was planned back in the early 2000s when the company contracted IBM to have Watson listen in on calls and monitor your network activity in order to learn how AI could one day do your jobs.
CR and Mexico City are not good outsourcing partners.
Literally some of the d-mbest people I’ve ever trained. And that’s saying a lot because there’s a few American/Lithuanian employees I helped train and they’re id--ts too.
