Had several upper management send emails about their last day last week. I just saw one person that morning who was excited to hire more people on their team, and then they sent an email 1 hour later about it being their last day.
What gives?

Did they say why? So random. Bank is a mess, but at least it’s not headed by you know who
Yes, I was told there was more than enough work for everyone for 3-5 years and that we would all receive valuable training. Within months, the lies came out and the infamous false PIPs rolled in. Now I read that they have more compliance infractions and will be hiring again. What jokers! I come here periodically waiting for the final axe to fall.
