Moral Bankruptcy

https://prospect.org/justice/2024-01-31-moral-bankruptcy/

This reads like a dramatic novel, but the sad thing is it's all true. The other sad thing is we'll never know what Avaya's leadership parts were in all this because bankruptcy gave them license to do whatever they wanted. Bankruptcy would wash them clean in the eyes of capitalism (only). It's clear there were shenanigans, mis-representations, and lack of ethics on Judge Jones side of this filing (just read the article). Since Alan took the big sudden payoff, we can pretty much say Alan didn't do his part to benefit Avaya, he did all this for himself. At the end of the day Alan Masarek will remain morally bankrupt and no matter how many times he repeats his sound bites or how good the numbers get, that fact will not change. The only way to restore trust at Avaya is for Alan to leave. But maybe in Pottersville trust isn't important.

He allowed AMC to be bullied

Then appoints a new chief peoples officer whilst AMC still on payroll. Everything he lies he looks up!

From all us guys in USA we know he is gone
