those remote dell employees are goners.
That’s almost the entire global workforce so yeah maybe that would work
I just saw this. Imo way too many bootlickers to actually make this happen.
But obviously without a shred of doubt collective bargaining would be best for us.
If 60k of us were just like nah we’re not coming in, figure it out. And held strong we’d be able to force fidelity to comply.
They could do what dell did and say no more promotions, they’d be backing themselves in a corner though. Also pretty ubiquitous knowledge among younger ppl is it’s way faster to get paid more by switching jobs than remaining loyal. The vesting of the 401k isn’t worth staying most of the time.
