DXC is retrenching people across the board with no plan in place to cover the retrenched employees responsibilities.
No pay increases. People unfairly dismissed. CEO and Senior Executives getting BIG bonuses.

I think it's bad business practice not to give payrises as inflation is always above 0% so the employee are getting a worse deal for being loyal to the company and for people who take on extra work increasing the companies profitability. This approach of no pay rises basically promotes the why bother putting myself out thoughts. Sort sighted approach that I believe does the company more damage than the money it saves.

How can they justify their bonuses and benefits and not once acknowledge the work done by people on the coal face.
I’m convinced they have the mikey 1 playbook. Fu-k the staff, they either leave or work for peanuts. Their choice.
And judging by the amount of complaints on this board they know we will work and su-k it up.
