Who is it that usually gets laid off? Is there any pattern?
Next one will be next year. Post merger there are always redundant positions.
The PTO move this year is to reduce the $'s that need to be paid out next year when there is a lay off.
Based on today's news, I'm guessing the next one around this time next year.
We have layoffs every 4 or 5 years. They never make sense. We always lose talent that should be kept.
There's no definite pattern or schedule. The last large one was in 2019.
