The guy has no compassion. 6 months on its clear he never wanted to change. He used the same Mikey playbook, report a good quarter so execs raid money, then put out a bad quarter to spook the market then blame that for not paying employees. Such a fraud, happens every year. Folks are struggling to survive, put hope in Raul but he has failed them.

Honeymoon's over. Right on time.
The guy came in and said his listening and understood the merit issue, he also travelled the world, visited, and said everyone is delivering great and we have amazing people delivering great things.
Then he did the classic playbook, how can you trust his words.
Now they are sending out reminders for surveys to say they are listening. Yet in every town hall all the questions are about pay and they ignore them.
What a waste of leaders who all along knew what they were doing, lying!!!
If you don’t trust the leader of DXC , you don’t like the company then you’re not a SLAVE, change employment!
Otherwise stop the bellyaching and be a professional. do your job to the best of your abilities

Did you really expect to see a change? The board of directors are quite happy with the way the company is and has been run. Nothing will change until the last dollar has been milked from the dried out husk of this organization.
Being a son of a Cuban father and an Ecuadorian mother from humble beginnings being given a chance you would think the guy understands how people live at the lower levels of income.
Clearly living with millionaires he expects people at the lower end to slog for nothing year after year with no raise, yet obscene amounts paid to people at the top.
How money has corrupted a good person. What a legacy to leave.
And host town halls at fu--ing 2am so he can’t be held to account.
