Thoughts/insight on phase 3? With all the seats being moved around can’t imagine they wouldn’t call back more “office aligned no seat assigned”

I think the poster meant “home” offices as in the office you have at home.

“ I wish I could send us all back to home offices.”

So you want to see all workers back in an office?

It’s the major offices they are working on this. CT, STL, MN. Small offices that are full won’t change. Don’t blame the bearer of bad news…I wish I could send us all back to home offices.

How can they bring back all workers with no seat assigned with no space in some buildings?

There is an effort my team is working on which ties in to everyone with no seat assigned all being back in the office by September. Stinks, but nothing we can do about it.

My office had a small group return in Wave 2 even though we have a ton of open seats. I heard we are planning to bring more people back onsite but don’t have any details yet. I can’t imagine they are going to let offices sit at 50% capacity and are going to start forcing us with No Seat Assigned back in soon.

And according to Iris, more offices are coming. And under the Space & Occupancy Management page, there is a Space Availability Report. Lots of green on there.
Also if you recall seeing it, the April 17th email from Kari Stevens lists nine sites that will be the focus of colocating teams to.

There is lots of space in CT. They are starting with shuffling desks to consolidate teams into single area and call back people who have been “no desk assigned” until now. Once that is done, expect everyone in CT region who isn’t designated as WAH to be office aligned with a desk.

Not sure about other offices.

So why not change the status to WFH if no wave 3?

They said no wave 3 but managers can ask people to come back if there is space.

It sounds like some of these office have capacity and they are re-orging the desk situation to group people more together. I imagine at that point they’re going to realize they aren’t at 80% capacity and are going to call in those with no seat assigned.

Phase 3? What do you mean? I thought they realigned everyone who had been 'interim wfh' to this 'office aligned no seat assigned' after this cr-p was announced in April.

That said, I have yet to see anyone who is in that category actually come to the office I'm in.
