Thread to discuss the Evernorth town hall from earlier today. One thing I can't believe is the mention of the a/c being out in part of the St. Louis office in the same breath as discussing FOW and anchor days. I also heard in a few meetings that there's a mice infestation on the first floor of the same building. How can they require people to go into that office when it sounds partially uninhabitable?

Cafeteria? Sc--w that. No way am I going to provide profit in this horse cr-p situation they've forced. I'll sooner pass out then give them a penny.
"You missed a tone deaf comment from Eric about how he's happy to have to park farther away from the building now because more people are there. "
Lmao, yeah that cracked me up. What a weird thing (of him) to say.
I realize we’re lucky to have a cafeteria, but why isn’t it staffed appropriately on anchor days? The lines are long because there is only one person covering the cash registers. There should be more. Or set up self checkouts like they have in Connecticut.
You missed a tone deaf comment from Eric about how he's happy to have to park farther away from the building now because more people are there. Yet another quick gloss over of FoW, the absolute worst edict issued to date by this completely corrupt and devalued company we now work for. Morale is at an all-time low. Way to strip away anything that was good and instead pick random people to hit financially and personally by forcing them to work in an office after more than a decade working very successfully from home. Keep cashing in those millions SLT. Your credibility is at zero. Spare us these ridiculous town halls. The last thing we need is another laughable rah rah session where someone tells us how great it is to be back in the office. Sit down, be quiet. Unless you're going to stand up and admit this was huge misstep, and that you're going to abandon FoW, no one wants to hear your insulting B.S.
Was anything of note discussed?
Hey, so the building also reeks of fe--s and sewage. Did they mention that as well? Too busy trying to save my team from collapse to see what this clueless leadership has to say.
