What org are you in? Maybe you're in the wrong department. Scrub through the various job positions and/or talk to your manager about seeking other opportunities. Hearing they may be asking for volunteers to take a package, wait to see if that pans out. Or just apply at other companies and leave altogether on your own accord. Lots of options, up to you to decide.
