An id--t could turn this company around if they wanted to, there is so much overhead and duplicate management, i have 6 reporting managers who all want to hold meetings/report back useless information. Some hold daily meetings with numerous people attending, such a waste of resources and $.
I cant understand why this isnt being tackled, fir 7 years they talk about reducing bureaucracy but don't actually do it.
$300 million could be easily added on the bottom line and the company would be transformed.
If only they want to do it.

Reuters must have a good source to break the story. Just coz there’s no confirmation doesn’t mean the talks aren’t ongoing.
Surely wishful thinking is that the take over, and sell off is going ahead and that there will be a large number of redundancies so we can get something from our time in DXC
