Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Let's not forget that Dave Calhoun, Boeing's current CEO who will soon be out of a job will officially be named Ford's new incoming CEO.

Once Calhoun has his hands on Ford, not one single bolt will be required to be tightened or even torqued beyond finger tight in any vehicle Ford manufactures. Well, that's only going to be a rebirth 1973 yellow Pinto that Calhoun will authorize Ford to manufacture. Calhoun will demand absolutely no money will be invested to update and modernize the 1973 Pinto to a modern and safe design. This effectively ki-ls two birds with one stone by doing away with all Ford Design Teams and 99.9% of all other Ford Engineers that Calhoun will demand be layed-off.

So, enough talk about Farley. He's soon to be history as in gone!

must be someone got layed off by boeing under this Dave guy, now softlanded at Ford and still bitter about it. great, we have enough disgruntled people here at ford, we don't need ex boeing disgruntles. go to the boeing forum to vent will you?

Oh...I see what's going on here...2nd post about Calhoun in a few days...someone is obsessed. Not healthy...might wanna check it before you start getting manic. Leave the guy alone. Only one that cares is you apparently. No sources, no evidence..take a break...go get some ice cream.

No evidence for this. Not sure how OP is jumping to these conclusions. Any sources for this?

Why do you think it’s going to be Calhoun and not John Lawler as next CEO? I thought they put Lawler in the vice chair spot to kick Farley to the curb?
