More like past her prime in any position at any company. Why does Lumen keep her on the payroll? Makes no sense.

Huh? She came from century-tel, without a doubt the only senior leader who understands how to run the “pots” part of the business. Sure not part of the “technology future” but brings in much needed cash for no investment.

Are you talking about the promotion? She’s still head of Mass Markets but is now Chief Integration & Modernization Officer.
