you still have Director's reporting to Directors and VP's reporting to VP's.

The importance of middle management can’t be understated. This is not satire. I believe in Crown and the direction we are taking as a company. Without the EMT and middle management preaching the gospel to the ICs, we will never right the ship.
I made it through this RIF unscathed because I understand the dynamics. You’ll find that most of those that survived understand it as well. Most of you may refer to us as kool aid drinkers but I see us as employed and ready to restore the crown.
We have a CISO that reports to a VP who reports to a C level. NO other company does this. He’s a CISO-INO, just a Director that talks the talk but can’t walk the walk.
I love these armchair CEOs on here. Y’all think you would do better, yet you’ve not been promoted beyond chief knuckle-dragger. If you could do better but didn’t, either you’re lazy or delusional.
I’m the CEO of this great company, you’re all FIRED.
I can't believe KR is blaming covid
Jay Brown is that you?

The worker bees are expendable but funny that the worker bees didn't make the wrong decisions that made this mess...
@ sfn+1t1BfKJ2 your post has to be satire
Set the example by firing managers and above, not just the worker bees! I dare you!!
Directors and managers are all related and have held the company hostage for years. They're the reason we're in this boat. Never worked anywhere else, especially at SP. Need new blood in management. And not just a handle ful that can be sunk by the spiders. Dozens.
As was said in another post, directors and up are essential to the success of this company. We can hire individual contributors and lower level supervisors anywhere, anytime. They are expendable. Directors and up are not. Crown EMT is very experienced and knows this.
