Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Is it me or have people been complaining less?

Don't get me wrong Raul had a low bar but people here don't seem to be anywhere near as angry as when Salvino was CEO. Some of the new leaders seem ok too I've noticed a decent amount of old-school HP people are getting promoted like in emea (among other areas). Juan Parra is someone I respect. He has a decent track record and he pulled that off despite dxc trying to stop him. Good on Raul for elevating him.

Why complain about lack of pay increases it's been 7+ years for most, my last increase of 3.75% 3 years ago only my 2nd increase in 13 years. I finally stopped complaining and found something better.

DXC management doesn't have to you all sh*t as you keep working years and years without it, if you could find a better paying job you would have already. So stop b-tching and be a professional and do you job or leave, its that simple!

People keeping heads down as loads of tech layoffs at the moment. Eg MS firing 2000 people and numerous U.K. staff from Azure for Operators for examples

You're mistaken and the number of questions and their tone on the townhalls only confirms it, everyone is still complaining. Nothing the new leadership has done has made any difference to majority of staff, who by this point have zero interest in all the waffle and just want to know if/when they will be getting a raise and/or bonus.
Everything else is just noise, if you're so important as to have sight of the deckchairs being arranged on deck then you're arguably part of the problem.
