The CIO met with CEO last week. They have both decided management needs more bonus pool so firing more IT folks. Accenture is ready to sc--w up put blame on employees of corebridge and have them RIFed. Everybody staying back will be fu---d by the management.
Their playbook is if they’re not hitting forecasted numbers then fire people. They can always outsource everything to Accenture, right?
