Is severence for being laid off still one month pay per year employed or was that a thing of the past?

2 weeks per year and maxed at 26 weeks is what is was Dec '23
A former colleague told me the last time was 11 weeks across the board regardless of tenure.
People getting laid off already?
Unless it has changed since December, mine was 1 month per year.
2 weeks per year now...that was a HN thing a month per year of service.
