Lots of people are happy about the leadership change, not sure it will help. Remember Jennifer is from the Central region. This is the same leadership team she selected that let the train go off the track. Not much is going to change, cuts are on the horizon and is going to be sped up now we only have 1 SVP and the Ulf. I'm surprised with all the negativety about Edwidge, people true colors are showing. T-Mobile is not as accepting of a multi cultural work force as they pretend to foster...
Jennifer needs to have a all hands right away!

Because it wasn’t the actual reason she “left” of course. It’s typical jargon when higher ups leave to make it sound graceful.
What I don’t understand is why Edwidge didn’t take a leave of absence to care for her family. Does TMO not offer this now if a family member needs care? That’s cold blooded. Shameful she couldn’t take a LOA to care for her loved ones. Shame on you t-mobile. Shameful!
I’m offended by the person who said Edwige didn’t work. She worked on writing a book while at T-Mobile.
Remove thy Ulf

I agree. Edwidge needs to learn how to work with others. Or just work.
Hey guys- I've worked for T-mobile for 12 years at HQ in Bellevue. I can't figure out what you're talking about. Is this sales, or engineering?
DEI is needed. By reading some of post on this site, it shows T-Mobile needs help with diversity and unfortunately teaching grown people how to work with others...
Hopefully this ki-ls the DEI Program. My director spent entirely too much time on at least 2 calls a week with the DEI team. There had to be twenty to thirty people on every call. And they accomplished absolutely nothing.
And I'll say it. She was a token hire during BLM.
Just wanted to clarify that Jennifer actually started her journey with us in the South region before bringing her expertise to the Central region. Her diverse experience across multiple regions has been incredibly valuable to our team.
Sorry it’s not about Edwige as a person but rather than the way change got implemented. Change is always inevitable but it has to be measured as well by end of the day if and when done. That’s where the problem comes where it was deaf ears but a true leader was missing in action when it needed the most. People will get frustrated over time n being reflected unfortunately.
