When posting, can we clarify what orgs we are talking about? The company has so many different layers and when someone says “ops” this can refer to retail ops, care ops, engineering, marketing, etc. Thanks!

It's helpful if they post the name of the org, but it's not entirely their fault for not including it. Some orgs like IT change their name once a quarter without even announcing it.
IT under Nestor has been called Cybersecurity then Information Technology the Innovative Technology.
They'll rebrand it again to something more esoteric in 3 months when Nestor steps down.
There is only one OPS, and that’s Engineering! The other entities couldn’t operate a can opener.
