Didn’t leave on good terms with former manager, who is no longer with org. I resigned voluntarily for but my system access was cut off suddenly and was never contacted for exit interview. Could I be marked as ineligible for rehire?

I retired on excellent terms last year, and even though I indicated that I'd be open to an exit interview (there was a form) noone contacted me. Good riddance. They do not give a S***t about their employees.
No rehire is marked on very rare cases where employee really shows bad behavior and disruption. Manager needs to provided an explanation to HR why the employee should be marked as no rehire. There is no exit interview these days (Jut my guess)
