Are you all that are still hanging on looking for other jobs? Like, have you been happy for a while there, but not anymore? Seems like its even worse now. More work less workers.

Anyways, I think you meant "delusions", not "dilutions".
I'd suggest you find somewhere else to work that can better accommodate your requirements for happiness, but most companies expect you to be able to read and write, unfortunately.
Oh cute - but “you couldn’t be more wrong, big swing and a miss”. I never said I was happy working here. If you are, this is clearly your first gig and I pity you and the wake up call you have in your future. Grow up, get some real world experience and stop flooding the feed with your dilutions - that’s for therapy hun. Best of luck to you.

Those of us that still work at FP are extremely happy to still be working there. It's been great - we just had another company picnic with beer, BBQ, and even axe throwing. Sorry that you were shown the door and are bitter. I've talked to other former FP employees, even ones who left by choice. It's funny how FP will live rent-free in your mind for many years to come. Like, you know more about the latest news and gossip than me, and you don't even work there anymore? I haven't spent 2 seconds thinking about my previous employer!
Fisher price and mega are no longer places people can consider long term employment or even a career. Mattel’s treatment of humans like animals means in exchange they receive disloyal people temporarily filling jobs, not seeking careers.
This effect of their “people management strategy” is their choice, not ours. You get what you give. If you’re currently employed by any arm of Mattel and not seeking other opportunities for yourself then consider a personal evaluation. You are worth more than they’re treating you, all around.
In the meantime, be honest when you respond to the surveys they love to send out. They’ll still send those obnoxious, poorly timed, tone-deaf, chest pounding emails about how great of a company they think they are; but notice they’re asking you for specific and controlled feedback, lacking any transparency or accountability on how to improve the culture (or even respond), then sending emails telling us how great it is to work there. Get out of there immediately and let the demise of fp and mega be whatever Mattel wants it to be - it doesn’t also need to be your demise.
