Small potatoes. My department has 100% attrition a year due to a toxic manager. Take that RTO!

I hope not, the less I see our Director the better my life is. If he sees my design he wants to change it and will lean on you until he gets his way and then claim the work as his own. I would not mind but his input is ALWAYS terrible and guaranteed to set you back and my other colleagues complain about it too.
