According to Bloomberg Law her last day was 3/31. Did they force her out too?

Probably a target for being an overpaid cost PZ wanted to outsource. Seems she was loyal to the entire time and her culling was a stab in the back, but will get her full payout because she knows where all the bodies are buried (M Lyons firing etc)
I disagree with the rumors of her accumulating mass outside counsel bills. In fact, I work in Legal (midtown) and was told that during AIG Next, AIG wants to use less in-house counsel and contract with more outside counsel.
I think that she just earned too much and so was getting forced out like the rest of us “old timers” (I accepted the VERP luckily). Her departure was not only surprising, but appears to be contentious because she seems to have severed most ties to AIG.
Surprised they didn’t promote her. I’m sure she left millions.
Rumor is her financial recklessness in running Legal and accumulating massive outside counsel bills. Likely will end up at Dellwood…
