LCC? WFH? Sure...blame whomever or whatever you want. Issue is the software will always be sh-t. The issue is Ford had gotten away from building actual vehicles. They are putting features on these things that no one wants in preparation for the time when they will want it. So backwards. Sure...let's build more complexity into the vehicle and take our eye off the ball as to what a vehicle is for...thus charge more than people can afford...then complain we are loosing money. Pay attention give the customer what they are asking for which is affordable vehicles. Boomers aren't your only customers and they don't want 80% of the cr-p the vehicle can do anyway. Even if the younger generation wants all the dog sh-t you are packing these vehicles full of...they can't afford it anyway.
WFH means people in LCC can do the work. It's all related. That you can't see that is troubling.
I see the comment keep working from home. It does not matter, if this is a software issue with the shifter, please know it's highly likely the software is written in India!!!! We have zero control over that, but the COO, investors, CEO and board of directors do!!!
