I missed the town hall. Who is the transformation person? Is he a consultant?

Some leaders inspire their teams to follow them. Other leaders tell their teams to follow them "or else."

Some leaders would see a terrible ESAT score as a chance to help their employees. Other leaders see a terrible ESAT score and think their employees ARE the problem.

Some leaders would see that an entire room of employees not remembering an automation goal as a problem with their communication. Other leaders see it as an opportunity to shame and belittle their employees.

I miss the days when our executives resembled the former instead of the latter.

The beatings will continue until morale improves.
Leave if you dont like it -- so we dont have to pay severance.

Yeah but it looks like they are stepping up their van/carpool game because they care about sustainability and the environment. That will help morale…

You can do that while working remotely.

Employee sentiment is doing great… lol their goal is only 50% happy employees and they even failed that! A measly 37%. Could you imagine if everyone responded to pulse?

CIO solves ESAT with subtle threat that we have the power to be happy or else then gets angry when no one has heard of her 5% automation edict.

Whoever the he-l the Transformation guy is just taking another pass through the portfolio to cut more staff

Charley continues to parrot leadership and serve up softball questions.

Yep, Spot on Man. Read between lines and noticed the red score card between all Green ones. Nothing to address there

Company really needs to invest in close captioning. It’s almost impossible to understand mumbling.

I'm no longer there. I'm assuming it was just another 10 pound nothingburger. I'm hoping they at least offered some blue cake for the beaten down employees.

What a waste of time. Just word salad and not addressing employee concerns.

At least we know our CIO and CTO will get a nice dinner if they cut projects.
