Surveys are back

Feel free to vent off some steam there. I bet the ELT and PG would be reading it.

They are looking for negativism to identify employees for the next layoff.

They will filter out the honest bad feedbacks and only show what looks good to them. Forget about it. It works like commends got deleted here.

They just want you to fill it out for their big $$$ bonus checks that only the lucky few get.

Useless. Survey every year and nothing is better from the survey. Why should I do it again and again? Forget about it. Waste time to fill in.

They only care about the positive feedback and the overall % of responses. Other than that, they don't care how dissatisfied employees are.

Don't know 'bout others, but in SATG last year's survey was quickly followed by a massive VSP.

Come on guys, you can do it again - and no real need to wait for the results.
