For the sixth consecutive year, the layoff process continues. It’s no longer if you will be terminated, just when. The VP’S and Director level managers with 2 reports are once again saved to fail another year. Don’t walk, run away.

Oracle had]s talent but the Managers does not know how to recognize them
It really doesn’t seem like Oracle has any talent….
Layoffs have been going on a whole lot longer than 6 years! By now all of the real talent has left, and all that remains at Oracle are Indians and butt-kissing schmucks.
So glad I left years ago.
There is one lady SVP that should not be running sales under Dave P. She lacks leadership skills and has not closed any big deals. I guess if you have a cute smile, you can become SVP.
VP’s and Directors with 2 reports or less are experts in artificial intelligence!
