Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Ridiculous customer service

I've tried for days to get a US representative and all I keep getting is people in other countries that I can't understand!
Let alone them understand the problem

If you are trying to reach tech care US reps, good luck. We are swamped with calls, understaffed, well underpaid and overworked. Management doesn’t want to hear any of it or make any changes to fix. Home internet has been the worst thing to happen as it is now easily over 60% of the calls we end up taking.
