Yes, I am grateful that I have a job and that I can decide when to leave and that I won‘‘t have to go without a package. However, it does not mean that we have to agree with how the SVPs operate and how shamefully employees are being treated. At least we can strive for our individual improvement and growth.
If everyone was content with the status quo, there would be no progress.
Those waiting for the next WFR will be leaving voluntarily at least and save the jobs of those who wish to stay. But I am not going to leave empty handed. You can call it greedy if you want, but you would not dump the money, neither if you had the choice. Especially not after being underpaid for years and decades.
We should stick together and not point fingers.
