Have you all seen the news this week on Judge allowing the plantiffs motion on fraud in 26 states against Centene to move foward. Lawsuit is claiming that Centene has been overcharging its most poverty stricken members in 26 states. Not really aliging with our Mission Statement!

They will settle unfortunately, Centene is never held accountable…even when they’ve had to pay billions in lawsuits it’s pennies to them…c suite still gets their 200% bonuses so they don’t give a sh-t

I read elsewhere that it was for misrepresentation of provider networks. Are there two RICO cases, maybe?
The only RICO activity is at the presidential level for forcing that on the country.
