Next round of layoffs need to hit the director level+ especially hard.
There are still faaaaaaaarrrr too many VP, SVP, EVPs getting paid millions of dollars to fly around the country and do nothing!

I always enjoyed my Director taking my slide content, reformatting it, and then passing it off as their original work.
My director flat out told me no layoffs at the IC level. The next month announcement comes, the following month our group was hit. No love lost for director and above imo. They’ve been bloated for years at the exec level and do nothing other than request slides to reformat and prove they have value to the org. apply pressure downward for unrealistic goals then give you sh-t when they aren’t met.
They sold their souls in 2020. Until they own to that, nothing will change. They proved that they will lie in any way imaginable, for the money.
