Just saw a Distinguished Engineer put themselves open to work on Linkedin. Wow. Those grades were considered academic tenure not so long ago.

Still seeing people get hired despite no relevant job ads for them. Not much you can glean from that. Loads of job profiles on the careers page.

Just saw a director on Linkedin posting about time off following redundancy, seems to be underway even if quiet and low profile. If one director is redundant half of them are.
