My manager said I will be given bad review mid year. He said I never listened to what he said. What should I do?

This manager reminds me of an incompetent manager from Indonesia who used to be on my team. All he had was a Six Sigma blackbelt. Other than that, he was ignorant and had a bad attitude. He was a pain to work with.
I think Wells Fargo needs to cut many useless middlemen. People are suffering because too many managers are being incompetent.
Report any abusive managers to Ethics line. If they fire you, get a lawyer.
Upsetting your snowflake manager is a big YES. In fact, we all should try that just for the fun of it. It is the time we should abuse managers.
@1whp+1squMka6, Are you a manager who argues with your direct reports every day? If that is the case, you are seriously incompetent. You should be removed.
@1whp+1squMka6, you must be one of those "USELESS" managers. 🤣😂🤣😂 GET LOST!
“So he cannot argue”
Bro, you will get yourself fired you know that right? Upsetting your manager is big no.
My Manger always forgets what instructions he gave me. Later, he gets upset that I didn't follow his instructions. But he was the one who got confused. That's why I keep all of his instruction emails so he cannot dispute what he said or what he didn't say. Every time he argues, I send his instruction emails back to him so he cannot argue. Many id--t managers are out there.
What everyone at WF should do: depart this cesspool, find a job elsewhere.
Hindumanagerr?
It sounds to me this manager is expecting his direct reports to read his mind.
I did everything he told me to do. Never rejected any requests coming from him. With my level and pay rate I have done everything I could to please him and this company. He asked me to standby after regular working hour to work with India teams that makes my work life miserable but I never said no to him. He must be trying to make me a simp of him.
Did you ask for examples of what he was talking about and how it negatively impacted business/the team?
Never happened
Rule of thumb - Never trust your manager.
Ugh this thinking is why they are trying to cut long term employees. Your actions are impacting others!!!
Ps - unless they’re asking you to do illegal things. Take a seat. The prior leadership was not great. You think it was - it wasn’t!!!
Did you… listen to them?!?!?
That's his way of saying my direct report never follows my order or never agrees with my view. I once had that kind of narcissistic manager. He was always whining and nagging like a woman, a passive aggressive control freak. You can never make this kind of manager happy. Once he hates you, he will always hate you. He believes you are inferior to him and treats you like his servant. In other words, your performance review will never improve and you will never get a promotion as long as you keep working under this si--y narcissist. You should find a new job and get out of his team before you get PTSD.
Listen to him at least once and then he’ll be lying. He’s clearly a very very bad man.
Have you tried listening to him?
