Network 2.0. 3.0. A-s. 0. Selling of hp's prized public IP address to AWS etc. And siphoned off lot of cash and bonus in the process. Too many cheats in this place. Thank God I left the company.
All old hw and out of support sw like windows 2003 etc. Arrogant and under qualified SAP support id--ts - now doing a huge drama of consolidation of ERP's - another 5 years of drama. Shadow IT everywhere in the supporting functions like HR finance legal supply chain etc. Huge overhead in staff because of all this mess.
Do you really expect Chris D to care about the workers? He never did give a straight answer about billions for stock buybacks but nothing for cost-of-living raises.
Who is this guy? American? ITO?
He spouts fantasy and lives in a world of self dillusion. Causes chaos because various people at the top believe his outright lies are real.
Brags about his open chequebook too.
I've also heard second hand of the staggering amount of (personal) expenses he burns through.
All in all a vast drag on the company.
Suspect though that a fall is coming. At least one thing he's bigged up will be a total failure after costing millions.
If you don't know who Curtis is, you are lucky.
His success has ridden on the backs of much smarter people and he just needs to go.

HR should look at this, tie up what value he's actually added in his tenure (actuals Vs hype) vs his over inflated SL Vs his constant need to travel.
I've met him several times and he literally just flies around, sits in a room, stares at his phone and farts. He offers nothing and just pi55es people off.
