Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Pay or appraisal?

Given that manager reviews are supposed to be done by end of this month, and I suspect some managers will have booked the reviews in.

Does this mean final grades are released?
And does anyone have any news on $ rise

The barstewards are happy to pay higher rates to recruit external but underpay existing employees.

Drumgoole, Finch, and Brady need to go they have had more than enough time and haven't achieved a turnaround. They are clearly not capable.

Given that the message from the top is that no raises until dxc is fixed and not free falling... We all already know we are getting f all.

Final ratings are released now but remember that officially according to HR the end of year review is not the time or place to discuss rewards. That's been true for whole of DXC's existence.
The laughable excuse you will get, because everyone will ask, is that we are in the blackout period and they can only start work on compensation after the earnings call next Thursday 16th May.
So I'm sure I won't be alone in asking about reward on Friday 17th, as we can't be fobbed off with the tired old excuse, they will have to come up with a new and equally weak excuse.

It's the usual playbook, this is all supposed to be done in March so pay can be worked out for April/May. It's Amazing they get delays every year, shows how bad the company is, it can't even deliver a internal review or raise on time how will it deliver for customers?

The Execs are busy raiding the money in March/April, like every year they put in a delay to May/June.

The results get released in May, they will say it was the usual front expense loaded bad quarter and they can't afford to pay the folks.

It's a worn old playbook, delivered every year. No different this year.
