The lauder customers especially cannot breathe without a promo or gift being shoved down their throats. Lauder is struggling overall, so maybe they'll slow down in the future.

That happens in my store too. It's not whether it's right or wrong, It's who's dept your in or if you are the same race. When something happens they go to the manager and he decides the outcome on their side of the story. And they are always told it's ok.
It is really hard especially when on top of our own duties we are bombarded with people from other areas because associates are away from their areas. And the passive aggressive associates are told its ok by the manager because of a complexion connection.
Agreed, not only is this tough for the customers, but the poor associates, who are expected to hit these goals right after a spring gift and a Mother’s Day Gift. Preselling during a gift for another gift is way to much pressure!!! So hats off to the associates who make it happen, and their customers who support them.
