And what about all these made up jobs for friends and those that can blow or su-k really good? That will look great on a resume that you have ZERO experience or education but somehow have a mgmt job at ws. You are expected to go along with the most asinine decisions made by inept people trying to look important.
Wow, some people just don’t get it, WS is a company built to manage by committee and that is the reason they have hired all those inane people for management from top to bottom. These are people that are unemployable anywhere else. And they know it. So there won’t be any management exodus, in fact, most of them will be clinging to those jobs., hoping it’s the other guy that gets let go when the Chinese take over this company.
I'm sure there's a lot if middle and upper management shaking in their boots and are trying to find a new job because they're gonna be in the same boat as all the people they fired over the years. Sure some thought if they were good yes men they'd be promoted and get some bonuses. This is the last stop for many id them.
The Unity cancer spread after they announced the merger with Windstream. Neither can survive and they’ll be lucky to stay afloat as the stock is already under pressure heading to bankruptcy. Look no farther than the one week stock performance of UNIT
Who didn’t see this coming. So now what happens going forward? Well for one spending will be micromanaged worse than ever. The balance sheets will be under major scrutiny to prepare for the next big sale which is probably in the works already.
My takeaway from all of this is the company is worth more in whole than the parts. When they tried to shop it around the pricing and complexity didn't work. In comes new CEO to save the day. Once all parts are realigned up for sale it goes. There is lots of equity lost from TT mucking this up in the first place.
Round 2 with Zayo and friends.
Win / unit gets sold.
Elliott finally walks away and cases out on top.
Comcast seems to be run a little better than ws. Don’t know why they’d want Windstream management.
Boy I hope so, especially the new CNO send those clowns back to Comcast.
Also clean house of these peter principal slack jaw clowns that have been gumming up staff manger, director and above.
There will be no change with a complete culture enanma
