There is no comeback. You will have to split market share with amd and Qualcomm. There is no bounce back.
Hard to see foundry working either… there is no high volume whale to spread these huge capital costs over…

x86 is a legacy architecture that will only be kept around to run legacy apps. Those machines will be parked next to the old mainframes that run COBOL.
Those laurels wilted a long time ago. More like compost now.
