For anyone that has been RIFd, terminated or retired and had a pension before they stopped it long ago and you took a lump sum payout - how long did it take you to get your payout? Wondering if they jerked you around or if you got it right away.

@@4srb+1sn5nK91 when you say you followed the process - do they mail you something, or can you fill something out online? You said you got your payout end of Nov 23, when was your term date? Thanks in advance!
I followed the process, got a notary for my spouse’s signature, uploaded everything and got my payout at the end of November 2023.
I asked my friend and will post her reply here when I hear back on how long it took until she received her frozen pension payout. Great question! Thanks for posting this.
Hi, curious myself. Thanks for asking this. I haven't moved mine or cashed it out yet but plan to. My financial advisor , in my particular situation advised we wait until next year.

I don't have the answer, but I will reach out to a couple friends who will know, as they retired and got their frozen pension payout. I will post what I find out. Hopefully this will help.
