How long will this bank draining organization last? There is NO way that putting this group together is cheaper than contractors. 2-3 years tops.

All of that comes from 1. The good ole boy system & 2. Hiring people that cant, wont, or dont know how to do the job they were hired for..so many mgrs and higher are in way over theirs heads but they try to fake it till they make it which isnt working. Honey , it’s not only construction. You can pretty much lump in a group that works inside or outside at Windstream. I can’t believe they are actually hiring more heads when the ones they have do little to no work and get away with it on a daily basis. The managers they have are so clueless on what their employees do daily and still let them get away with it. Could easily dump 25% of any group and not miss a beat!
Construction group is an absolute joke. Just one big free for all. Techs showing up whenever they want (if at all), leaving early everyday- manager and director are well aware. Unlimited OT while they all sit around waiting on material. 100’s of thousands of dollars in missing equipment. No way this can go on much longer, but it is Windstream so I suppose it can.
What is it they do all day? When you try to get them to do something they are always "too busy" to help out overpaid bunch of whiners
