Had 5 white guys all making up my group. Very talented team but we were pecked at and replaced with more diverse team to face off with leadership even though we continued to do All the work. I was asked to do a turn over and was happy to interview elsewhere in the company and watch DEI fall on its face. In the end, 2 retired, 2 got fired, and the last one put on a dress. Imagine if middle America knew their safety was put in jeopardy so Ford could advance ho-------l and Globalist agendas requiring that they replace native born Americans. I hope Ford receives the same fate as Budweiser and Tractor Supply.
