Well we lost another good one that quit this week due to mismanagement. 8% should not be a problem.
Why don’t you share what the quits % is?
NSI is 5% with a very high PiP pass rate less quits.
Have not seen any 8% number
Just move our sls. She probably is the one with the highest body count since going into management. 8% no problem for her.
Mostly contractors being cut?
Hope they get some leads in addition to toxic second lines while they at it.

Currently at about 61k headcount.
Unless the plan is to reduce high cost centers and increase low cost centers.
I still think you need people in US.
Maybe they are coming after the toxic sls that are scurrying around like ants looking for crumbs to pip. This may be a good thing.

Context plz. NSI is 5%. NI is 13-18% with less than 5 years doing MLRP. MFS is widely know to reduce headcount and also reduce low value work. You’ll need to be more specific
