Karma is a B***H when you want to get rid of long term loyal associates and hire rookies off the street paying them as much or more than the long timers! Karma is well destroyed the management that fire people for no reason! One manager just got fired and deserved it after bullying associates…..the others in the same club will get theirs in time !!!

All the great Team leads and associates that lost their jobs because of the gm and his little firing tribe he recruited. It's sad, bad business sams club. The more we talk to people the more people cancel their sams memberships and go to Costco...

"It isn't the club management that wants the long term associates gone" hahahahahha... said no long term associate ever.... Long term managers love booting out long term associates. They are the ones that know all the dirty stuff the long term managers have done. New managers love to fire long term associates be cause it makes them feel powerful to be a one or two year Employee that fires some poor 20 year person. No local manager minds firing long timers. Home office just cheers it on....

Unless you are berated and put down because your not the color she is. If we hire all races why is she able to discriminate against a certain race. We need to hire on merit not color. Maybe in Mexico everyone is Mexican but this is a different country. The northeast needs a change soon and everyone is afraid to lose their jobs if they say something but she will continue to do this until she is stopped. Call home office or the ethics board. It reverse discrimination.

I noticed there were other comments pointing to a specific individual that got fired and the posts were taken down! I agree 100% some people think they can abuse their authority and that’s not how it works one down 2 more to go! I feel sorry for the associates that were fired or ran out by these monsters

Who ever gave that manager the position also needs to be fired. They were complicit in creating a dysfuntional,distressing and unprofessional work environment by giving that incompetent employee the position.

When hired, they want you to stay long term. Until you do. Agreed. But if corporate wants it, and local mgmt doesn't do it? That doesn't make sense. What corporate wants is what local mgmt wants. Get real.

It isn't the club management that wants the long term associates gone. They know that their bonuses are dependent on the knowledge & experience from veteran associates.
It's corporate that wants them out.
Corporate believes that as long as a person can read, things will get done because they're giving instructions on EVERYTHING.
The people at store level know that this isn't true.
