The current state of affairs at CBU has raised concerns among many of us, as we've observed a noticeable decline in the overall health and cohesion of our organization. While we remain committed to the success of CBU, recent developments have left us feeling disheartened and uncertain about the path forward.

In particular, the challenges stemming from ineffective management practices and dynamics within certain departments, including HR, have been difficult to ignore. Despite our collective efforts to address these issues, the situation persists, leaving us wondering about the best course of action.

GOM: reduced size but keep going as long as production is there, no or low capital allocation

Angola: too much legacy stuff, difficult to sell (I am sure they have tried)

Nigeria: might try some more exploration, but is on the chopping block now that Agbami is dying

Congo-Brazzaville: all gone or will be soon
